Terms & Conditions

Agreement
These terms apply whenever you buy a ticket through this site, operated by Jarboom Ltd, trading as WTF Tickets (“we”, “us”, “the organiser”). By completing a purchase, you agree to them. See also our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
Your ticket
A ticket is a licence to attend the named event and can be withdrawn by the organiser or venue in line with these terms and the law — it’s not a right of entry. Tickets are issued for the exact event, date and ticket type shown on your confirmation. Keep your QR ticket private: whoever presents a valid QR code first is treated as the ticket holder, so anyone you share it with can use it in your place.
Age restrictions and ID
Some events have a minimum age, shown on the event page at the time of booking. Valid photo ID may be required at entry to prove your age, and entry can be refused without one, without a refund.
Price, fees and payment
Ticket prices are shown in GBP and may include a separate booking fee, shown before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully taken.
Refunds, exchanges and cancellations
[This section needs Jarboom’s actual policy before publishing. As a starting reference: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, tickets for a leisure/entertainment event on a specific date are generally exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off cancellation right — but you should still state your own policy plainly here (e.g. whether tickets are refundable if you simply change your mind, how event postponements/cancellations are handled, and any exchange process), and have a solicitor confirm this section is accurate and enforceable.]
If we cancel or significantly change an event, we’ll contact you using the details on your order and explain your options at that time.
Transfers and resale
You can transfer a ticket to someone else through the “manage my booking” feature on this site, up until the change window for that event closes. We do not support or endorse resale of tickets above face value through any third-party site or marketplace, and reserve the right to cancel a ticket found to have been resold this way without a refund.
[Confirm final resale/anti-touting policy wording with Jarboom.]
Carer and Access tickets
Where an event offers a discounted Carer or Access ticket, we may ask for evidence of eligibility (see our Privacy Policy for how that’s handled). Your ticket is issued and valid as soon as you complete checkout — you are never made to wait for evidence review before attending. If evidence is later rejected, that does not automatically cancel or change your ticket; we’ll always contact you directly first to discuss it.
Entry and conduct
Entry is at the discretion of event staff and security, acting reasonably and in line with the law. We (or the venue) may refuse entry, or remove you from the event without a refund, if you’re behaving in a way that puts other attendees, staff, or yourself at risk, or if you breach venue rules on the day.
[Add any event-specific prohibited items / search policy here.]
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit. Beyond that, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example, travel or accommodation costs) arising from a cancelled or changed event, except where required by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
[Confirm jurisdiction if Jarboom operates elsewhere too.]
